Ivan finally got his template fixed. He blogs about school mascots for Denison. My vote is for Clifford.
Addendum: Ivan's dad's blog continues to be a new fav read of mine, and he blogs about the late Bill Hicks, one of my favorite Tejas comics, and a former resident of my dearly beloved Austin. Ivan's dad, if you've been following, has posted several things about Mel Gibson's Passion. Noting that souvenirs will be sold in conjunction with the movie, he paraphrases a Bill Hicks routine on the topic of Christian cross pendants. To be fair, his posts on the subject of the movie and the Gethsemane story are far more nuanced than what I'm showing you here, so go read them.

Now, let me get this straight, when Jesus comes back to Earth, He'll be real happy about seeing folks wearing the cross around their necks. Sort of like reminders to Him of His more "pleasant" days here on Earth with the natives. That's like a person having a rifle pendant and sidling up to Jackie O (when she was still alive, obviously) and telling her.."Just thinking of John, man...just thinking of John."

COMM 228 students: This may be some free editing software that you can download.

Multitrack Studio is an audio recording freeware. You can get it from the search site that Dave has on his blog. My group recorded an interview for over seven minutes and it didn't cut us off, so I think you can just record and record on it without it cutting you off. Don't quote me on that though, cause we only went to just over seven minutes.
