COMM 101 Assignment due Friday before Spring Break:
List every rhetorical figure that I have assigned you (the figures you were responsible for personally) over the first half of the semester on your personal blog, and provide one example (the clearest you can find) for each from the SoU. No links necessary, but I would like the examples to be full clauses, sentences, or paragraphs, depending upon the figures they exemplify.
Reminder: Today we worked on "invention." On Wednesday we will take the material we came up with and assemble it--a process known as "arrangement." This will involve deciding how parts of that material fit in relation to each other--how we can construct an organic whole out them. In addition, arrangement will involve outfitting some of that material with rhetorical figures.
